This Community Assistance raffle is being operated by the Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc. (A0014698X, ABN 69 344 808 301) based in Ballarat, Victoria. The Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc. is a not-for-profit community service organisation. Costs, such as permits, prizes, taxes, promotion, etc are part funded by a proportion of the ticket price and part funded by the Rotary Club of Ballarat South Community funds. The promoting organisations receive the majority of the purchase price of the ticket.
All of the ticket promoters are from not-for-profit organisations, such as sporting and service clubs, that are not associated with the Rotary Club of Ballarat South. Ticket promoters will have a unique URL and QR code for purchasers to use so that the proceeds of these ticket sales will be credited directly to their organisation when the raffle is completed. To support a promoter club or association tickets should only be purchased by using the QR code or URL supplied by that promoter. Any tickets bought via the RaffleTix website not using a promoter URL or QR code will be organisation anonymous, and the proceeds will not be distributed to a specific organisation. Any funds in this anonymous pool will be distributed pro rata amongst all promoting organisations.
The Rotary Club of Ballarat South does not sell any tickets in this raffle.
